Public area for arena/forest tickets

Welcome to experience the event races and our folk festival!

There are several different observation points both along the tracks and close to the finishing line area. Spectator positions near the tracks cannot be booked or reserved; first in place is applicable. Note even that all tracks will be closed for passage 15 minutes before the start and during the whole race event.

On arrival in Ulricehamn, clear road signs will guide you to the different public areas.

where can you view the races?

Stand tickets – Allows access to optional stand but also the possibility to move within the whole arena and along the tracks. Standing positions on the galleries are not numbered; first in place is applicable. Be prepared to show your stand ticket both at the main entrance and even again at the stand.

VIP Finish ticket – Allows access to stand A, located closest to the finishing line as well as the VIP-restaurant.

Grytan – Here you can view the athletes ski towards the stadium in the final stretch of the race. Experience the athletes strive to the finishing line, hear the public roar and cheer on the athletes to their goal. An outstanding atmosphere will be experienced within the stadium, throughout the arena program, both before and between the races. A minor large screen will allow you to follow the complete race.

Torget - This spectator friendly area can be found 500m from the stadium, lying between the tracks. Here you can view the athletes pass by several times during the race. A kiosk and toilets are located nearby. From Torget, you can pass over the tracks until the first slope out of the stadium. Note however that the track passages are closed during the ongoing races. We recommend deciding early on which side of the track you wish to stand.

Kraftledningen – This location, approx. 1 km from the stadium, offers several spectator friendly areas with plenty of space. Along the long uphill slope after the hair pin curve, you can view the athletes pass both up and down the slope. At this point, spectators can stand on either side of the track. Due to plenty of space, the public area around Kraftledningen is ideal for families with young children, who can play in the forest.

Ryckåsen – Do you want to experience “the pressure of Ryckåsen”? Then head out in the forest to Ryckåsen, approx. 1.5 - 2 km from the stadium. Here you will find the most demanding and spectacular parts of the course with fast downward slopes and the 500 m long and tough uphill slope. Ryckåsen will probably determine the outcome of the race so the athletes will need all the encouragement that they can get from the public. A small kiosk will give the possibility to fill energy depots. The first turnoff will lead you to upper Ryckåsen, at the top of the slope, where the only track passage can be found. The last part of the public road leads to lower Ryckåsen.
