Call 1177 for non-urgent healthcare issues. Operators will answer your questions about illness or healthcare and provide information where you can find nearest clinic.

Each person is responsible and obliged to follow the health guidelines stated below.
To avoid the risk for a queues or a gathering of people, please pay attention to signs and distance markings.
Swedish recommendations are applicable; the most important guideline is to keep distance to other people.
Follow always the instructions of the official volunteers!

In case of symptoms
If Teams/SRS/FIS (group 1 &2) get symptoms:
- Contact LOC Covid-19 coordinator
- At venue: Isolation at Test central at room nr 4.
- At hotel: Isolation at hotel
- LOC medical group examine and make assessment
- FIS -representative informed
- Antigene-test at Test Central
- If positive: Quarantine
If negative: PCR-test recommended - Communication to media according to FIS Covid Protocol
Covid-19
Testing before arrival
Covid-19 tests should be performed before arrival in Ulricehamn/Sweden, in accordance with FIS Test Protocol, shown in FIS Covid-19 Passport.
An approved PCR-test at the latest 72 hours before your arrival.
People arriving directly from Falun to Ulricehamn, do not need PCR-test. Only Antigene on site.
Exception for persons with previous positive C-19 infection.
The following text from FIS C-19 Protocol is valid and includes all persons in Team/SRS/FIS.
Scenario 1 – the LOC has a general policy for return to competition in place, e.g. has identified that every person who can show proof of a previous positive C-19 infection between 3 months and 2 weeks prior to arrival, as well as at least 3 days symptoms-free, will be allowed to participate (without another PCR test).
Only valid proof is a positive PCR-test.
Team leader will get bracelets for people who has a proof of an already shown Covid-19 infection according to rules and shown in FIS Passport.
Testing on site at Test Central, accreditation
All testing facilities and waiting areas are indoors.
Teams must arrive together. Bring your pass-port or valid ID.
Step 1: Antigene-test. Results in 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: If positive Antigene-test, a PCR-test, answer in 6-12 h.
If a negative result, you will receive the test result paper. You are responsible for taking a photo of the test result document and upload it to the FIS Covid-19 passport yourself.
If all members of your team/group are negative, your team leader will get bracelets. The bracelet must always be worn as an accreditation when daily entering the venue and the dining rooms at the hotels.
Team leader will also get bracelets for people who have proof of an already shown Covid-19 infection according to rules and shown in FIS Passport.
Tests, prices and payment
Antigene-test, 120 CHF
PCR-test, if positive Antigene-test, 200 CHF

Slot-times matching arrival times. Team members must arrive together. Bring your passport or valid ID.
Ulricehamn: Wed: 15.00-19.00, Thu: 14.00-19.00.
Scandic Hotel Borås: Wed: 16.00-19.00, Thu: 14.00-19.00.

Test, before departure

Test result on paper, delivery at Test Central at venue. Day after test. Opening hours: Saturday 8-9 and Sunday 8-9.
Transport/accomodation and Covid-19 testing
1. Transport from official airport (GOT)
a) Accomodation at Scandic Plaza in Borås, 35 km from Ulricehamn.
Test central at Scandic Hotel. Teams and groups must come all together.
Scheduled bus transport from airport to Scandic Hotel. Directly check-in, followed by scheduled testing procedure at hotel.
b) Accomodation at Hotels in Ulricehamn.
Test Central just outside stadium of Lassalyckan, Ulricehamn. Teams and groups must come all together. Scheduled bus transport from airport to Test Central. Testing followed by transport to the hotel.
2. Transport NOT needed from airport (GOT). Transport in own vehicles.

Quarantine rules and regulations
If tested positive:
- Stay in quarantine at hotel
- Decision: Hole team/group or part of team/group in quarantine
- Regional Authority: Not tracing foreign citizens
- Stay in Sweden for at least 7 days after positive test and fever-free for 2 days
- If quarantine: LOC hell teams with accommodation, but teams pay themselves
Protective face masks
It is not compulsory in Sweden to wear face masks, indoors or outdoors. Authorities recommends face masks in public transport.
However, all official volunteers who work in close contact with the Teams/SRS/FIS will be tested and wear face masks, both indoors and outdoors.
Please note that a face mask does NOT replace the requirement to keep distance to other people. Follow always the instructions of the official volunteers!
Transport
General
It is recommended that members of Team/SRS/FIS should travel to Ulricehamn in their own vehicles for the safest journey.
Official bus transport from Falun to Ulricehamn, 6h, is arranged by LOC Falun. Schedule and prices tbd. All bookings orders, contact LOC Falun.
Rental cars from Falun and/or at Gothenburg’s official airport Landvetter (GOT).
Europcar rental service offer
Face masks are compulsory to be worn when travelling in the organizer’s vehicles.
Each person is responsible to wear their own face mask.
LOC drivers will always wear protective face masks.
Transport to and from Landvetter airport
Transport with bus should be booked and arranged in advance with the organizer.
The team should arrive at the same time, for a safe journey to Ulricehamn.

Arrival time to Test Central later than Thursday 5th of Feb, 19.00, cannot guarantee Antigene test results on Thursday or, if necessary, a PCR-test result before training on Friday.
Transport to Landvetter airport after the competition, should be booked well in advance, for a safe journey. Large teams are encouraged to have the same departure time.
Transport to och from the arena
We encourage each team to have the same departure time as possible to allow a safe transport with the organizer’s vehicles. Transport to the arena during the competition days will be planned with extra time margins, as we expect that many people want to travel at the same time. Travel reservations to the arena with the organizer’s transport should always be made the day before.
During the days of the competition, we encourage the competitors to leave the arena as soon as possible after the competition, for transport back to the hotel. The safest environment for the team will always be at the hotel.
Lunch at the arena must be booked in advance. Booking only in FIS entry system.
Accommodation
All of the hotels are accustomed and have adapted their routines according to Covid-19 regulations for hotel residences.
Note that there are no special restrictions for gyms, if the hotel offers this facility.
In preparation that someone may become sick at the hotel, it is recommended in advance to book an extra room (own expense).
If someone is was to become sick and isolation is required, the organizer will support them to find an extra room for the time duration that it is required. The team/company is responsible for these extra costs.
The hotels are following the FIS prevention guidelines for accommodation and meals such as:
- Dining rooms and buffets separated as much as possible
- Separated floors and room sections as much as possible
- Slot times for meals if necessary
At the arena
General, accreditation
FIS rules and test results shown in FIS Covid-19 passport are applicable for entry into the arena. An extra personal accreditation card is required. Accreditation cards will be delivered at each hotel and needs to be carried at the dining room and at the arena.
People with own accommodation get their accreditation cards at Accreditation Office, 500m from venue/arena in Ulricehamn. See map
It is also compulsory for everyone to complete the Health Questionnaire before you are allowed to enter into the arena on the training and competition days.
This routine is performed at the hotel/accommodation before departure to the arena and checked with Team Captain.
Entry to the arena is allowed only at the indicated entrances.
Zones at the arena
Zones, checkpoints and flows are clearly marked in order to reduce risks for the spread of the Corona virus. Follow the official volunteer’s instructions in regard to which flow you must follow!
From Finish area to Team Area
All Teams/SRS must follow the flow to and from the Team Area.
Changing rooms and toilets
It is recommended for safety reasons to change and shower at the hotel. There is a limited amount of changing rooms indoors available in the Team Area. Between prologue and finals small teams are prioritized.
Toilets are separated between the different groups and are often cleaned by separate personel.
Sanitary stations and waste bins
Frequent numbers of sanitary stations and bins for used face masks will be placed all over the arena.
If there is suspicion of Covid-19 infection
Rooms are reserved at the arena for temporary isolation of the sick.
Public, audience
At present in Sweden, no more than 8 public spectators are allowed in an arena.
During the competition days, all spectators will be clearly held at a distance from the teams.
Online Covid-19 information meeting, Thursday
On Thursday the 4th of Feb is held a 30 min online-meeting, at 20.00-20.30. The most important information is given by LOC Covid-19 coordinator and LOC chairman, explaining colours, flows, pictures and local rules at the venue. All Teams/SRS are encouraged to join the meeting. Link is provided later by e-mail to Team Captains.
