Welcome to the FIS Cross-Country World Cup 2021 in Ulricehamn! Please find below valuable information to know about before you arrive at the event.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we will have a very different competition weekend in comparison to the previous events. The opportunity for media to attend is restricted; the maximum number of people allowed in the Media Center is limited to a maximum of 40. Very few public spectators will attend the event.

We will work hard to make World Cup Ulricehamn 2021 safe and enjoyable for the people who will attend the event.

Media Accreditation

Please note that accreditation is necessary at the event venue from friday 5th February. 

Accreditation for Print Media and Photographers

Please apply for accreditation by using this form media and photographers application for accreditation online.


Accreditation is granted subject to availability; international and national media will be given priority.

The last day for applying for accreditation is 25th January. Notification of allocation will be announced no later than 29th January.

Accreditation can be collected on route to the venue in Ulricehamn, at the roundabout located at the crossroad between Tre Rosors Väg and Idrottsgatan, during the following times*:

Friday 5th February: 09:00-11:00
Friday 5th February: 14:00-16:00

Saturday 6th February: 08:00-10:00

*Other times in agreement with Media manager Annica Berglund


Photo and tv/radio

Photographer vest

If you have received accreditation as a photographer and would like to photograph along the tracks of the course, you must wear a photographer vest. Photographer vests are distributed at the photo meetings. 

Photo meeting Friday at 18:00 and Saturday at 08:00 (outside Media Center)

The Photo stand is located behind the finish line. A limited number of network cables are available and are intended primarily for international image agencies.

TV & Media Rights, Radio and on-line Media

It is not allowed to film along the sides of the tracks, in the mixed zone and within the arena. For permission, an agreement is required with the right holder Infront. Please contact Infront’s TV & Media Rights Manager Silvia Comola,

Media Centers

Media Center is located at the venue and offers wireless internet and work stations. Coffee/tea is served free of charge, hot lunch is available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday 6th February: 08:00-18:00
Sunday 7th February: 08:00-16:30

For the healthiest and safest transport, please arrive in your own vehicles.

Parking spaces are reserved for media at the venue (parking P3). Parking permits are required and are distributed when you collect your accreditation.

Transport from media accommodation to Event venue

We are not able to offer any transport to and from the arena to Hotel Best Western in Borås this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
